  9.       QUSER News is an independent publication of DATAWELL Inc. The
  10.     main topic of coverage is the Qantel line of systems. Monthly
  11.     topics include Qantel financial information, assembly language
  12.     column, Qicbasic column and a "free" program. Past articles have
  13.     included software/hardware reviews, user group coverage and
  14.     interviews with Qantel management.

  16.       QUSER News is the magazine that "started it all". Lowell Frye
  17.     (founder and publisher), opened up channels of communication
  18.     between Qantel users that simply did not exist before. QUSER also
  19.     opened up channels of communication between independent operators
  20.     and end users. End users now have a source of un-biased Qantel
  21.     information and a greater selection of software to run. There is
  22.     little chance that this very Bulletin Board would even exist had
  23.     it not been for QUSER News.

  28.       What does all this cost? $48 a year. Ok, it's twice the cost of
  29.     most subscriptions - but it's three times the magazine. You may
  30.     download QUSER.TXT for a form to use for subscription to QUSER
  31.     News. If you do not feel comfortable downloading files, leave a
  32.     message to the SYSOP and I'll get back to you as soon as I can to
  33.     help.
